Best look and feel fillament

I am using Prusa Mini and wondering which fillament could yield the best feel and touch of the outer surface of my part. I want to print parts for presentation and thus I am required for a nice and smooth feel.

If the finish is important you are probably going to paint and polish it anyway, so abrasive paper and a couple of spray coats of primer are the way to go.

If abrasive paper and spray coats are the way to get fine finish, could you please advise which fillament would do the best work for that puppose? Currently I am using a 1.75 [mm] diameter PLA by SUNLU, could that work?

That should be OK. Use wet and dry paper wet. If you do not there is a chance that friction heating will distort the print.
Try test painting on a scrap, two coats of primer, sanding between, followed by a topcoat and finishing with laquer or polish will give a beautiful finish.
