Bed Leveling fails before Print but passes the Mesh Bed Leveling under Calibration

I have had my Mini + for over a year and a half with no real issues.   Starting two days ago, the Bed Leveling performed before a print is run would fail randomly.  Starting today, it is failing every time.  I performed a Firmware update (4.3.1 to 4.3.4), ran the Self Test, and ran the Mesh Bel level under Calibration.  The Bed Leveling under Printing continues to fail.  I also performed general maintenance (cleaned the guide rods).

The Bed Leveling is failing at the 5th check point.   It did make it past this point one time, bur failed at the 13th point.  I have not performed a manual calibration of the sensor as it continues to pass the Mesh Bed Level under Calibration.

I am looking for suggestions for the next step. Thank you

After posting this question on the forum, I reached out to Prusa.  They provided the answer.  My machine was not square in the XZ axis.  Instructions to identify and correct this issue can be found here:
