Very nice Idea, but those costs make it really hard to succeed. It is basically nylon right?
Recycling costs mostly more energy than the energy needed to produce new materials.
It would maybe serve as a design material for some expensive and exclusive products.

I think it's also PA6 nylon which is evil incarnate (in my opinion). I've learned to stay away from it. Except for something like gears maybe but then there are even better materials than nylon for that.
