Clumping during printing

My MK4S 3D printer kit frequently experiences nozzle clogging during printing. Could you advise on potential causes and whether I might have overlooked a crucial step during the assembly process?

RE: Clumping during printing

It could be several things. What filament type? If PETG it might be boogers left over from the previous print finally falling off of the nozzle. Are you using the stock nozzle? (If not and you are using the nozzle adapter to use a regular V6 nozzle you might not have it hot-torqued properly and it is leaking between the nozzle and heat-break inside your heater block.)

It's hard to tell, but you might be over extruding which can lead to boogers being picked up on the nozzle while printing that finally fell off.

Thank you for your reply. I use PETG. I will check what you said. Thank you again!
