What causes this mess?

What causes this mess.  The belts are tight.  See picture 20250916_091422.jpg in attachment.  Also included is the project file.

We can't see that picture. Judging by the project file, I guess that warping is your trouble. Printing a huge model with square edges in PC  -> a perfect recipe for warping problems.

Of course, I may be wrong, please try to attach properly that  jpg file.

RE:

Sorry, my mistake, I see now that the jpg file was included in the rar file.

Yes. it seems a warping issue combined with poor bed adhesion possibly.  Are you positive that the bed is totally free from oils/greasy residues?. It's not clear by that picture if the printer is enclosed. If not that 's a problem because high temperatures around the model help a lot with PC.  A smooth plate is a good choice but you NEED to use adhesive ( Magigoo PC, Dimafix, 3Dlac..) or the PEI sheet might be damaged removing the model, specially if it’s big.  You can add a wide brim and set the gap between model and brim = 0.

If you’re able to modify the model without affecting the functionality, I’d add empty spaces inside the main rectangle to relieve thermal stress.( a series of  circles or rectangles would do ).    See the atteched zip file with a modified version of your project
