.stl file causes toolhead to drag on PLA on bed

I've got an .stl file which is causing the MK4 Prusa toolhead to drag on the PLA that it's laid down on the bed. I held down the LED dial for 3 seconds and the Z chart appeared. I changed that Z setting to 0.43mm but the toolhead still drags. I watched a YT video which suggested in the Prusa Slicer (I have the 2.9.4) under the Printers (tab) you can then open the General (tab) and there is a Z offset that's set to 0 mm.  To prevent further nozzle dragging would it be advisable to change the Z offset there? To what number would you advise I change to? Thank you.

It would make sense to check the .stl - does it have a warning triangle next to it in the slicer list?

Cheerio,
