rounded and mis-shaped prints - how to troubleshoot?

Prusaslicer 2.9.4
PLA - (Overture, elegoo, hatchbox)
See below for pictures showing the problem and a screenshot in the slicer of what it should look like. It would not allow me to attach the gcode for some reason. I am using basically the prusa defaults for settings as I always have. I'm not sure what changed to cause these terrible layers and mis-shaped corners. I have no idea where to start to troubleshoot this problem or what it is called. Please assist. Thank you!

Please save your project as a .3mf file
Files > Save Project as
Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.
