printing petg case at 45 degree angle
I'm facing issues printing a rectangular case (20cm x 3cm x 6cm). Due to several holders inside I'd like to print it at 45 degree angle with the long side (20cm) sitting on the edge at the 45deg. angle so that I don't need supports inside the case. I already tried with 1 or 2 rafts and using the option "enforce supports for the first 25 layers". It always worked until one of the ends warps and comes off the 25 layers supports. It's printed in the prusa enclosure with both doors open. Is there a way to prevent the warping? Increasing adherence by decreasing the contact distance of the supports? Playing around with fan settings? If anyone has experience with this kind of print I'd welcome any advise.
