Printing on blue painters tape for the texture it provides

I cover the entire bed with blue painters tape, then print my object.  The goal is to have the bottom surface (my show surface) get the look and random texture of the tape.  Also the matte finish it provides.  The problem is that the diagonal lines from the monotonic fill frequently show up.  I've done a Z offset of -0.075 to try to mash the filament into the tape more, but still get partial lines.  I've also tried Hilbert Curve fill, but that leaves random bad spots.  Questions:
- How big of a Z offset can be done without harm?
- What other ideas are there to get more filament onto the tape so the fill pattern doesn't show?

I believe Max LiveZ is -2.00mm

lowering the nozzle   (increasing the negative value) is the way to improve the bottom surface of the print.

Seems too high.  Isn't the nozzle usually the width of a piece of paper (About 0.1 mm) above the platform?  2 mm would crash.

other way can be first layer more filament extrusion, smaller nozzel diameter setup but printing with right width or some other setups, not only Z modify

yes.
what printer are you using?
Prusa Printers have Live Z adjust which allows you to adjust while pritig the first layer and tune for a good consistant smooth layer

I'm printing on an MK4 and fairly new at this.  I've adjusted the Z height in several steps between 0 and -0.1.  I tried changing the first layer extrusion width to 1 from the default 0.45.  More or less trying random things that I think might help without really knowing what I'm doing.  Ineal, can you explain your comments a bit, maybe with specific settings to try?

If the cosmetics are so important the standard procedure is to sand, fill, sand, paint and texture; either with paint, stipple or surface roller.  You are printing a blank, just as with carpentry and metalwork you must either accept it as it is or post process to requirements.

Cheerio,
