Poor Print Quality Due To Bearings?

I have 6 MK4s at my place of work. One of them is having an issue with print quality. Up until recently it was fine, but now it will finish the print most of the time but the layers are not even and the exterior doesn't look smooth. I have attached a picture for reference. I though it might be the Y-axis bearings as they seemed slighting off but after fixing them it is still no better.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas for a fix? It came prebuilt and I exclusively use PLA from printed solid if those details matter. I've a relative beginner when it comes to fixing the printer hardware.
