MK4S Always Fails at Same Point in Print, "Stuck Filament"

I am happy with my new MK4S, but I have hit a problem that has me stumped.

Running a 3.5-hr print, the job stopped about 3 hrs or 81% in, reporting "Filament appears to be stuck."  I went through all the rigamarole of unloading and reloading the filament, then resuming the job.  The job resumed, but I could tell something wasn't right; the extruder feed was not smooth and uniform, and job soon stopped again, reporting "Filament appears to be stuck."  I repeated this routine several times, each time the result was the same.  Print quality was notably poorer than usual.  At this point I decided the nozzle must be well and truly clogged, so I aborted the print and did a cold pull.

I then restarted the same print from zero.  The job proceeded to the same point as before, then repeated the same problem as before.  The gcode file is attached.

I don't think this is a filament problem.  The extruder was noisier than usual (creaking) throughout the job up to the point of failure, but print quality was excellent.

Could this be a slicer problem?  Has anyone experienced something similar?  Any help appreciated.

I have the same problem with MK3.5 and MMU3.
At almost the same spot every time the extruder starts clicking and starts printing mostly air.
It's still early in the print so no colour changes were needed yet and the quality of the print upto that point is fine.
I've had absolutely no problems printing other single colour prints using the MMU3 to choose one of the filaments.

I suspect slicer problems also because it did print fine face up, but I wasn't satisfied with the print quality.
The bottom of the logo I was printing was a lot smoother, so I wanted to print it face down and here my problems started.

PS: You need to zip the gcode file to have it show up here

OK, I've spent some time looking at the failed prints, and here is what I think happened:

I was using a really cheap PETG filament for this job because I liked the color.  It was subtle, but the bed adhesion was failing is some areas as the job progressed.  The areas of poor print quality on the top of the print corresponded to the areas of lost adhesion on the bottom (no surprise there, I guess).

I repeated the print with a better-quality filament.  There were no adhesion problems, and the job completed with no issues.

Rookie mistake, my bad.

Glad you worked it out !
I guess my problem has nothing to do with adhesion and/or faulty filament.
I'm trying to setup OrcaSlicer now...

Same solution here !
Changed house filament with PolyTerra and everything was fixed !
Had no problems with the filament before and as stated it worked face up. Strange !
