gaps between opposing perimeters
I'm printing a model with relatively thin features, where opposing perimeters are supposed to meet. Which they do, but there are still gaps. Interestingly, it is not a problem for the first layer.
The feature is about 2.9mm and I'm using 0.6 nozzle with Aracne. There are 4 perimeters in total.
Why tips& tricks?
RE: gaps between opposing perimeters
Just spitballing an idea here... Try reducing or increasing either the exterior or interior perimeter width. Might clear enough room for the slicer engine to try to fill those tiny gaps. There might also be something that can be done in the aracne settings, but I don't have any experience playing with those settings.

Not seeing a 3mf with the model and your setting, so it's all guesswork. The default extrusion width for the 0.6 nozzle may not work perfectly with the size of this feature. I second Sembazuru's suggestion to try playing with the perimeter width to see if you can fill the gaps.

RE: gaps between opposing perimeters
Sorry, should have known better already... Thanks for the tips where to look. But anyway, here is the 3mf...
I have used the 0,25mm Structural preset. Interestingly, using 0,2mm Structural bumps the number of perimeters in the area to 7, that will be probably less holy...
RE: gaps between opposing perimeters
Thanks for the 3mf! The fact that you're seeing a different pattern from 0.25 to 0.2 is most likely driven by the different extrusion widths that those profiles use. For external perimeters, for example, it's 0.62 (0.2) vs 0.68 (0.25). I don't see anything wrong with the settings, so yes, I would still try to play with the extrusion width.

RE: gaps between opposing perimeters
Yeah, I noticed it. I was just a bit surprised, how big effect it had.
I have changed extrusion width for the internal perimeters by 0.05 for the 0.25mm profile, which added single extra line, it is now being printed...
