FlexTPU printing fails

Hi. I'm having a heck of a time getting a basic rectangle with a few cutouts in it to print. It's roughly 4"tall, 4"wide and 6"long.

The best print with default settings got me to about 2" tall when the extruder clogged and the print failed.

I'm using a creality filament that shows a temp range of 210°C to 240°C.  The first few layers are always flawless, but it may print for an hour or 10 before the extrusion becomes thinner and thinner and it fails with a clog.

I suspected heat creep, turned it down to 200°C, and the filament bent and jammed the extruder.

I tried slowing it down, speeding it up, .20 layer, .25 layer, .28 layer.

I've also tried to loosen the extruder idlers to just tight enough to advance the filament. Made it tighter.

End result is always the same. It fails after some time and I'm about fed up.

Anything else obvious I'm missing? I'm prints every other material flawlessly!

Can upload the latest failure (too cold) if it helps to check the other settings.
