XY Axis Test Keeps Failing
Just finished assembling my printer and am running all of the calibration tests. Every test has passed so far except for the XY Axis test. It will fail the X axis after bumping the left side twice then speeding over to the right side. It will then tap the right side once and recenter. That will then give me a failed x test. It will then continue the test to give me a passing Y axis test and no pass or fail on the Z axis part of the test. This is my first 3D printer so I have no idea how to handle it from here.

Hi, I've had a simillar problem recently, but about a year after assembling the printer. Cleaning the rods and adding a bit of fresh grease, then moving the print head assembly by hand a bit seems to have fixed it, at least for now. But in your case, it's probably different. I'd try adjusting the belt slightly, I assume you've tightened it like the manual says, so maybe losen it a bit.
