Weird Error
Sometimes when I start my MK4S w/MMU3 I get a blue screen with an unknown error. Has anyone else seen this?

6.4.0 has been a disaster for MK4S/MMU. Try reverting to 6.2.6.

I've had the same problem since the 6.4.0 firmware update. If I press Reset, it restarts fine. It's reassuring to see I'm not the only one!

Same error here, restart helps as workaround.

Exactly same error on my MK4s + MMU3 since update. Each power on generates this "unknown error"

I just had the same error "Unable to Show Details". But over the last several weeks, I've had other errors too: "Marlin Request Timeout," "G-Code Isn't fully compatible", printer frozen "Reloading Filament", the MMU3 system fails with repeated loads/unloads, the extruder crashes into the wipe tower... 90% of my prints have failed through one or several of these problems. I've gone through the entire printer and can't fins any physical reason why this is happening. My only conclusion is that the firmware is corrupt or that there's an internal electronics failure of some sort. - Any ideas?

I downgraded the firmware and it’s working fine. If that doesn’t fix things, contact Prusa support. They’re very good at figuring out the problems.

Prusa has been MIA. Live Chat isn’t working and they haven’t responded to my emails yet.

I downgraded to 6.2.6 and no error after this firmware installation...
the 6.4.0 is really unstable for me, i must reset my MK4S after each boot.

How do you get the old firmware? I don’t think I have this saved anywhere.

https://help.prusa3d.com/downloads -> click on "show older versions” -> download it and place it on the USB stick and restart the printer. when you see the logo on the screen press reset (force the printer to downgrade)

You can use https://connect.prusa3d.com/ and your printer. Download file on your computer, put the file from interface and click on "flash" then.
