Print each object with a different color with a manual PLA reel swap

I'm using a MK4 with slicer 2.9.2 printing PLA.

I was searching about in the Prusa Knowledge Base and Google re: how to print each of 3 objects on the bed as different colors.

Most of the discussions were about using MMUs.

I need to print each of the 3 objects a different color doing the manual PLA reel swap.

There was a note re: highlighting all the objects in the Preview mode and right clicking and choosing Split > Split to Objects but when I right click after highlighting them all and right clicking I just see a box re: converting to meters.

Is there a way to color each of 3 of the same objects on a bed different colors using a manual reel swap?

Thank you.

RE:

You would be better off printing them singularly. If not you will have to do two filament swaps every layer which will take ages and be wasteful as there will be a purge for each change. I've got an MMU and no way would I print three different solid colours at the same time.

To do manual colour changes read this thread: https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/prusaslicer/manual-multicolor/

I started thinking after I posted that it would be a lot more work.

Thank you for confirming that.
