Odd noises and jamming
Hello,
I've been having some issues with jamming Prusament PETG filament and there are odd squeeking nosies coming from the gear box.
I have attached Printer making odd noises for a better explanation.
Before I start tearing things apart I would like help figuring out what it could be so I can fix it.
This assembly is not very old as I got the mk4 upgrade installed at the end July and the mk4s was installed in September.

The sound is gone.
Either the cleaning or the re-calibration got rid of the sound.
Wish there was a specific help guide for the maintenance of the Nextruder. I was able to piece together a couple of the guides to determine the needed steps.

I took the assembly apart.
I saw no real damage. There was some wear as expected.
I removed the grease with IPA, re-assembled it, greased it, and put it back together.
I did inspect the gear teeth and didn't see anything missing and the parts moved freely.
After that I went thru the calibration steps for the assembly and the load cell.
Now I'm trying another print.

Hello, I had the same kind of sound. I remove the gears and I saw a very little piece of orange filament, remove it, recalibrate and the sound gone !
Maybe we have to clean the extruder every x hours.
