Noisy part cooling fan
Suddenly after a few weeks my part cooling fan is making al lot of noise. sounds like worn-out bearings. Is this more an issue? Does someone have a solution?

I don't have any problems with my fan/blower, but want to check. Have you checked both sides of the blower to make sure that there isn't any filament sticking into the blower blades? If so the noise could be like a playing card clipped to a bicycle's forks to buzz against the spokes.
If there isn't any foreign object sticking into the blower blades, this might be a warrantee blower swap.

It all seems clean. I noticed that the noise is most pronouced on lower RPM, up to 30%. Above it is far less noticeble.
