New MK4S and terrible first layer (overextrusion), load cell failure ???

Tried talk to the support but no help.

Tried checking bed, all screws, changing the torque, also tried to play with screws on Z mounts etc.

Also reduced first layer to 0.42mm (PLA eSUN).

Seems like on reddit recently found number of same ripples and lack of solution.

Cleaned with IPA, re-calibrated whatever can be, change flow, etc.

After following some advice on Reddit I have lifted the Z, the rest of bed now is PERFECT, however there is one small corner that completely is bad and destroyed part of a bed.

What causing this in Prusa? There is no clear config for levelling as it seems to be taken care by "load cell"

Is it possible that a piece of debris is under the steel plate in that corner?  I occasionally file a piece filament stuck the bottom of the plate and it goes unnoticed until I have an issue.

If you flip the build plate over and use the other side, does it have the same issue.

I would also check that your extrusion rate is constant.  Lift the head and extrude some filament away from the bed and check for consistency.  The last pic looks like it may be under extruding.

Also I would clean the build plate with hot soapy water (grease cutting dish soap works well).  Many of us feel like IPA is just as likely to move grease around than it is remove the grease.
