MMU3: From MK3S+ to MK4
I have an MMU3 that has come from an MK3S+printer. Apart from the correct cable, what other parts are required to install it on a a standard MK4?

nextruder
modified main plate and 'o'ring
modified filament sensor and idler nut Longer screws, binocular spacer
Modified Idler Swivel sides, Longer screws for swivel nut
Modifies Idler sides
2x PC4 x5mm PTFE Fitting, wjth larger bore one for nextruder, one for mmu3 selector
Standard nozzle not HF Nozzle

Thanks Joan, I appreciate the comprehensive answer.
It seems that prusa no longer provide these parts as a kit. Is it possible to buy the parts elsewhere? I can't seem to find anywhere for the larger ptfe fittings (I believe these have to be 2.6mm).

A 2.6mm drill makes short work, of that task!
Just make sure that you clear the chippings out of the fastener before you use it
