MK4S - No Output from Power Supply

Hello everyone,

I purchased an MK4S kit 2 weeks ago and have completed assembling the printer.  Unfortunately, when attempting to power on the unit for the first time I found that there was no response from the printer, and it appeared to still be entirely unpowered.  I've repeatedly double-checked the wiring guides and everything appears good there.  I am seeing the following:

1.  The LED on the underside of the Power Supply does not turn on, regardless of the position the red I/O switch is in on the back

2.  Using a multi-meter I've confirmed I have current at both the wall outlet, and the power cord itself.

3.  When plugged in and with the power cord inserted, and the I/O switch in the "I" position, the multi-meter reads 0 at both pairs of the V+/V- 24v outputs.  As mentioned in 1), the green LED on the underside of the power supply does not light up in any instance.

4.  I've pulled the fuse and can confirm there is one installed and it appears to be fine.

I did a little digging to see if this was a common issue, and found one or two threads suggesting the power cable can require a bit of force to get in all the way, however I am fairly certain this has been pushed all the way in after repeatedly re-inserting it with some force.

I was wondering if there are any other suggested steps that should be taken here that I may have missed or overlooked/are common knowledge in the community, but from outward appearances it seems there is a defect with my power supply.
