MK4S MMU3 Constantly Signaling end of filament roll
I've been trying to get the MMU3 mounted and working on my MK4s printer. I've gone through a few attempts where I rebuilt the MMU3 a couple of times, eventually printing and assembling the modified UltiMulti ( https://github.com/davidkerny/BUZA-ULTIMULTI)
I've calibrated the Finda sensor, tested that the MMU3 can switch and load different filaments, load them all the way to the Nozzle and purge the filaments loaded inside.
In mounting the components I trimmed the tubing to minimize resistance through the tubing assembly and buffer.
But trying to print with the MMU3 results in a constant filament ejection because its reached the "End of the Spool". I've seen the alarm trigger 30 seconds after it starts printing, which interrupts the print with an error code 04607 ( https://help.prusa3d.com/article/filament-ejected-04507-mmu_480424)
I've tested with making sure there's slack in the filament, assisting the loading by hand etc. But the filament ejection keeps being triggered regardless.
I've watched the FINDA during and it doesn't toggle from "On" to "Off" during the process, I don't hear any skipping from the pulleys drawing in the filament, made sure there's no obstructions in the connective tubing, but I'm not able to locate the cause.
I'd appreciate any insight. Thanks in advanced.
