MK4S FW6.4.0 Auto retraction stuck filament error
After updating to FW 6.4.0 and using the auto retraction feature which is activated by default;
When starting a print, after successfully purging, printer says filament is stuck. Happens on every print.
Many customers have reported the same issue on different forums. Do all of these people, including myself, have the same hardware issue or is it something wrong with the auto retraction feature in the firmware?
