MK4 to MK4S upgrade problem. Print nozzle is higher than cooling fan
I'm in the process of upgrading a MK4 to MK4s using the upgrade kit. It all comes together fine put there is a problem with the printer nozzle sitting above the cooling fan shield if the nozzle is raised where the instructions says it should go. The instructions say the "copper ring on the nozzle should not be visible if it's properly seated." (pg 83 of the instructions). But if I do that the Fan-shroud sits below the nozzle. To make it work properly the copper ring needs to be showing about 5mm.
I'm sure everything was installed correctly. BTW, although the instructions are impecable and the kit is the usual Prusa quality, I'm not impressed by the fan holder as it bends too easily.
How can I correct this? Are there any other adjustments other then the needle height?
Thanks, Needle sit below shroud but the copper tube on needle also is showing.

Can you show us some photos of this? Perhaps this would help finding the problem.
RE:
Sorry, I included a pic but evidently my skill in using the forum is not as good as it should. Here is the pic sent.
Notice the nozzle is sitting a little proud of the cooling fan. But there is much more copper ring length then how much the nozzle sits below the cooling. It amounts to I can't raise the nozzle enough to hide the copper ring and have it below the fan shroud.
Hopefully someone can help.

Bingo! That was the problem. Didn't realize it because it seemed pretty solid.
Thank you so much.
