Identify Nozzle type (HF vs. non-HF)

Hi there,

I just wonder how do I identify if a nozzle is a HF nozzle vs. a non-HF nozzle?
I'm not talking about the simple nozzles that are short, but the longer Prusa version, like this one: https://www.prusa3d.com/product/e3d-prusa-nozzle-high-flow-brass-0-4-mm/

Let's assume I had one of those, mixed with countless others. What would be the indicator to look for to separate the nozzles by HF vs. non-HF?

regards,

d.

I believe there is laser marking on the long tube.

Thanks, Joan, yes at least on the obsidian there is. I'll unmount the other one at the next chance I get and check there as well.

Not sure about E3D and other brands, but the Prusa nozzles are marked CHT for high flow, and PR for standard flow.

On the nozzle tube you'll see a "PR HF" for Prusa High-Flow, or a "CHT" for, uh, I forget (but it also means "high flow").

Hi,

thanks for all the answers.

In order to get this thread to a neat closure, I'll just add the picture of what I found so any future me looking for the same question, can get a better idea.
