Filament sensor bug

If I select change filament, the current filament unloads, I select YES, and I am told there is filament still in the extruder.  If I choose unload filament and then choose load filament, there is no problem.  This has happened occasionally with 6.0.x but seems to happen most of the time with 6.1.2.  I've tried the compressed air in the cleaning hole which hasn't helped.

Running out of a filament during a print or I want to change filament during a print now fails ruining the print.

RE: Filament sensor bug

Please log as a bug with Prusa via the Github pages (there should be thread there already).

I thought Prusa has sorted tis issue by now by adjusting the 'whisp' upon filament removal, although sounds like this could be a software error if it only happens during filament change not not during a full unload/reload.....

RE: Filament sensor bug

I’m also seeing no indication that my filament ran out, it just pulls the filament in until it runs out. No warning about the spool running out, it just assumes it has filament. I have also tested the filament inserted/pulled test and it “sees” the filament.

it just does acknowledge that the filament ran out. running 6.2.alpha2
