Change of color does not work
Planned colour change does not work
I entered the colour change in PrusaSlicer. When printing the file, the MK4S stops correctly and asks for the first colour to be removed. I did that and it worked. But then that's it. No matter what I try after that, nothing happens. Nothing changes on the display either (see attached image). I tried several times, always with the same result. I also tried inserting the new filament, but nothing happened. The only thing that works is pressing ‘Reset’. What is wrong. What can I do to solve this problem?

Looks like time to clean the sensor.
