Can i tell the printer and prusa connect that i have a HF nozzle installed?
So, this is maybe a more cosmetic question. In PrusaSlicer i can see that my printer is online with prusa connect, but in my list of profiles i have a green marker indicating an online mk4s 0.4 nozzle printer.
How can i convince Prusa connect and the Prusa slicer that i have in fact a mk4s HF0.4 nozzle printer available?

Same question here. It's nice how it shows what nozzle diameter your printer is set to, but it assumes it's the default 0.4 and not the HF0.4.

Same issue here.

I can answer myself here, i see in https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/releases that PrusaSlicer 2.8.1-rc1 have a bullet for settings for both HF and abrasive nozzles with a reference to corresponding printer firmware. So I'd say that it is on the horizon.

This HF selection is set in the extruder section under the printer tab right under the nozzle size selection.
Filament maximum flowrate is set in the advanced section under of the filament tab.

It appears that these settings are not available in PS 2.8.0. They are available in PS 2.8.1 RC1

Just wanted to open a topic, same issue here. However, I can print to the 0.4HF printer even it is not showing as online.
