Broken bed levelling on MK4S. How many customers has this issue with their unit?

So mine MK4S has completely broken bed levelling (one corner way too close other almost printed in thin air).

Went through number of support chats but they are not able to help.

Before I return it, what could be the issue? Broken load cells ?

RE: Broken bed levelling on MK4S. How many customers has this issue with their unit?

Sounds pretty much like an issue with the way the bed is mounted, so the load cell cannot compensate for the z-height. Is it the same for one x-side or is it only at a specific spot ? If it is the same for just one x-side (like only left or right), it sounds like there is an issue with the z-axis and/or bed. If it is at a specific spot ... is it at a random area, then loadcell is defective. If it is always at the same area/spot, likely bed issue or maybe y-axis (front, back) or maybe z-axis (left, right). Was it bought pre-mounted or as a kit ?

Normally prusa support should be able to help ruling out what the actual issue is

If this is a kit:  https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/2-frame-assembly_427481

Take a look at Step 10.

If pre-assembled then it may have been handled roughly in transit; it's still worth checking as above but components might have been bent.

Cheerio,
