Prusa USB stick quality
Is it me, or are the Prusa-branded USB sticks of terrible quality?
They are constantly getting corrupted.
I export a gcode file to the disk, eject through PrusaSlicer, go to the printer, file isn't there. Try again, eventually realize all files on the drive are corrupted, re-format the stick. Rinse and repeat every week or so.
I thought it might be because of my workflow (maybe a delay in ejection in PrusaSlicer), but I never have any problems with the sticks that came with the Prusa Minis.

Happened to me too. Only once, but still too much.
RE: Prusa USB stick quality
I’m not sure it’s the USB drive’s quality that is at fault. I use a smaller, SanDisk drive on my MK4S and occasionally have had to reformat it as well. Issues on GitHub related to USB corruption seem to be focused on open file management, so maybe it’ll get resolved with an eventual firmware update.

Yes, I realize I haven't done long enough trials with different sticks to come to a proper conclusion.
RE: Prusa USB stick quality
I'm printing mostly via Prusa Link, few instances of via USB. It died on me during Link printing formatting fixed it. And I saw people mentioning problems with the stick...
Maybe, it could have something to do with the storage implementation in the Buddy board, I was trying to delete files over the Prusa Link, and it didn't work the greatest... 🤔 E.g. the firmware might be corrupting the drive...
RE: Prusa USB stick quality
We had the issue as well.
A brand-new CoreOne with a - supposedly - brand-new Prusa USB stick. That should just not happen.
However, yesterday we uploaded new firmware, and behold, there was a mention of USB management in the release notes. Maybe the issue is solved, Just wait and see.
