Hi, and welcome!

Purge Volume.  That is what determines how much new filament is pushed out in order to flush out any remaining old filament.  You can set it up to purge more when going from dark to light colors.  Definitely, make sure to choose the right material, PLA or PETG, as this affects purge volume too.  Also, make sure you’re not using a High Flow nozzle as they require MUCH larger purge volumes.

I would call it Bleed.
This post is in the Mk4S section of the forum,
So, First thing I would do is to ensure the nozzle is a standard flow nozzle, not the High Flow Nozzle
the high flow is not good for Multi material working
then, in Prusa Slicer, select Purge  Volumes, then select Use Custom project specific settings
and then increase the purge volumes as required.
NOTE! when you increase purge volumes, your waste tower gets bigger!, This may reduce the number of simultaneous prints....
you are able to change the width of the purge block, this maybe useful, if the larger purge block affects the number of objects on the build plate.
