Did you look up the delivery status?

It says that orders placed in September will be delivered end of October until mid of November.
An if you logon to your Prusa3D account, you should see your outstanding orders here: https://www.prusa3d.com/account/orders/
If the order is shipped, there is a tracking number and you can check where it is.

I just got mine yesterday, 7 weeks after ordering... Not the first time that the backlog is so long at Prusa.

Although hopefully the wait time has decreased by now. Hope it turns up soon - can be frustrating waiting without any further info!

I am happy that they are still shipping and unlike the dipsh!t in the other post am not having a spazz attack about it. Prusa and their operation is 1st rate. Just wondering if I should start researching sourcing the components separately. I tried their online chat yesterday but it was Friday here so there may have been a time zone issue. Thanks Gene

I got a reply from Customer Support-

Hello,we are sorry for the additional delay. Unfortunately, the MK4s upgrades' production had some issues, but we are back on track and your order should be shipped soon
