X-axis not square to frame/Z-axis during assembly

Hello!

I am currently working through Chapter 4, Z-axis assembly.  I am on Steps 10/11/12.

The instructions tell you to center the X-holder on the frame (I used the hexagon shapes on the back as a guide).

I followed this instruction and then set to work centering the Z-axis lead screws in the pockets.

After centering the lead screws and securing them with the trapezoidal nuts, I noticed that the left side of the X axis was sagging.
I fetched some cardstock and marked a witness line to confirm this.

Right side of X-axis, with centered X-holder:

Left side of X-axis with centered X-holder

The X-axis sags down about ~1/8" (3-5mm) on the left side, and isn't perpendicular to the Z-axis nor parallel to the frame cross-member...

I took the trapezoidal nuts out and slid the X-holder to the left, like this:

I did the same test with the cardstock and noticed that the sag is gone:

Is this something I need to worry about? Is it normal for the X-axis to be out of plumb in this fashion?
If it is an issue, is it possible I have attached my motor mounts incorrectly and need to remove them/re-seat them to bring the whole axis into plumb?

Looking for advice before I continue.  Thanks all!

Don't worry about this at thr moment, when the printer is complete, you will run a series of calibration activities, one of which will use the Z motors to run the X Axis assembly, up to the top of the frame until both Z motors stall, this will align the X axis for you.
