Print Fan blower case screw hole alignment - off for left top hole.

I've come to realize that on the left side of the Print Fan blower case, only one screw (the bottom) engages fully with the nut I inserted.  The other hole is misaligned with the hole in the case.  This has been causing the occasional scraping I've seen with the shroud, because it sits too low.  I've managed to get the top screw to go in partially, and now the case is held up properly, but it's ugly.

I would appreciate thoughts on whether it more likely I am seeing a problem with the drilled holes in the case (in which case I can either buy or print another) or with the metal frame that holds the blower fan (in which case I will want a corrected one from Prusa)?  I don't have the frame upside down, etc.  These I've checked.

Thanks.

Another self-reply...

It turned out the part that Prusa sent me was defective.  I reprinted that part of the fan casing, and it mated up perfectly and is now in place.  Prusa needs to send me a reprinted part out of CCF.

Yeah, sounds like there was a bit of schmoo keeping the square nut from seating properly in the hole (deep square nut slot...). I had to do the final lineup of the square nut using my smallest diameter hex key (1.5mm) and nudge it by the threads. I cross-threaded one screw before I discovered this, good thing there was one spare screw of this size in the upgrade kit.

I think in my case, the holes did not actually line up.  The nut was in place, and off of the metal frame I could see right through the nuts in each hole.  The top hole was too short of where the hole was in the metal frame, by a small margin, but enough to make it impossible to properly thread.
