Poor quality PETG infill

I Exclusively print in PETG. Since upgrading to the Mk4S The print quality for PETG has dropped ALOT. At first i thought it was the stock HF nozzle getting stuck to the filament as i have used a nozzleX or obxidian for PETG pretty much always because of how brass can stick to PETG, I have since installed the Obxidian X HF 0.4 nozzle on the MK4s. Sadly the print quality is no better then before

The issue seams to be exclusive to printing infill Grid being the worst offender as the intersections points are pull upwards for zhops while travel moves happen. leaving a messing infill that will often end up all over the nozzle and everywhere else as the nozzle takes it for a ride. Using gyroid infill helps abit but gyriod plus a speed reduction seams to help. I tried adjusting temps and can print with the same spool flawlessly on my mk3.5 so i don't think the filament has moisture issues.  I tried to up my Z offset by 0.01 with no changes, tried printing without cooling (that was worse for sure).

Anyone have suggestions on what I might want to try ?

RE:

Grid is evil. I used to use Gyroid but have now switched to cubic (or adaptive cubic). I also have a lot of issues with PETG not sticking to satin or texture sheets with the Mk4(S) and find myself adjusting live Z by -0.02 or so at start of the print.

RE: Poor quality PETG infill

Before the upgrade the i was using the stock PETG profile (prusament). with about 1000 hours on this machine pre upgrade all of it being PETG.

I've done a bunch of tests with various fill and while gyroid is better it is still getting pulled upwards the cleanest infill i've been able to do is turn the infill speed to about 50 mm /s max and that helps but i still have some nasty outer walls on that print. This is a massive drop in quality and reliability of the machine post upgrade..:(

When its not sticking to the textured sheet try washing the sheet with soap and water I use a textured sheet and when its not sticking washing w/ just soppy water does wonders.

Just a quick update i have bumped the temps for PETG to 260 to start and 270 for other layers and even with grid fill its printing way better. No more pulling up of the infill.
