No power to power supply.
Hello, I just finished my build and the printer is not powering on.
I have cross referenced other posts to try and troubleshoot the issue and found one that the end result said contact support.
-Using a multi-meter I have confirmed the wall outlet has power, the supplied power cord has power and I tried another power cord from a known working item.
- I pulled the fuse on the power supply and it has continuity.
-There is no green light and the voltage reading across all the screws on the bottom is 0v in both on and off on the power supply.
-All the fuses on the control bord side are intact.
Any suggestions on the next step?
Thank you.

Solved, I wired it wrong. yikes.
RE: No power to power supply.
One last place to check, disconnect all the wires at the power supply output and check to see if you have 24V at the power supply. This will tell you if something on the printer side is shorting the power supply or if the power supply is dead. If as I suspect the power supply is dead, this is definitely a contact support for a warranty claim on the power supply. Tell them that you think the power supply is dead, and tell them all the tests you did with the results. That should hopefully short circuit (pun not intended, but fully appreciated) the script that they are instructed to follow.

RE: No power to power supply.
Disconnect both red-black cables from the power supply. If after disconnecting the cables going to the printer, 24V voltage appears on the power supply terminals, carefully, but really carefully check how the printer power cables are connected: the red wires must go to the terminals marked (+), the black ones to the terminals marked (-) on both ends of these two cables! On the power supply side, they are a bit like "crossed" because there the terminals are in order from the left (+ + - -) and on the XBuddy it is in order (+ - + -)! I have already encountered people connecting the cables incorrectly and this caused a short circuit on the 24V output! The power supply should theoretically "survive" the short circuit because it probably has protection against short circuits on the output, but I am not sure. If even after disconnecting the cables, 24V voltage does not appear on the power supply terminals, contact support.
