MK4s X axis preflight test misbehaving (unable to succeed)

Hello I've recently bought a Mk4S kit and built it. I have a Creality Ender 3 S1 that I calibrated and performs excellently. I've fiddled enough with it to understand how it works and should operate.

I've started my preflight tests and my Z and Y axis are good but my X axis isn't succeeding.
The test operate a bit erratically, sometimes it just shove the carriage on one side and keep bumping it into the Z guides, sometimes it just stays in the middle-ish and do a bit of back and forth for a 20mm at a time. Sometimes it bumps into one Z guide a few times start going over in the opposite direction for 30mm and just stops and fail.

What I noticed, mechanically, is that the motor (disengaged) gets very stiff with just a bit of tension on the pulley. Is that normal?
I've talked with a few buddies who have printers (no Prusa) and their, like my Creality, X axis has almost zero tension while moving the extrusion head with the motor disengaged, and our belts have much higher tension than the one I've set on my MK4S. The current tension is the minimum using the plier and pull test.

-I've cleaned any possible obstruction that would stop the carriage to bump directly the Z guides.
-I've tested tension with and without belt.
-I've tested the resistance of the carriage itself.
-I've inspected over and over belt pathing, alignment, obstructions.
-I'm running the latest firmware.

Can someone help me?

-Benoit

do you have the x motor toothed wheel the correct way round?

Some people out the grub screw at the motor side. Should be at the spindle end

I try to make safe suggestions,You should understand the context and ensure you are happy that they are safe before attempting to apply my suggestions, what you do, is YOUR responsibility. Location Halifax UK

Yes and perfectly aligned with the orange Z guides.

It was solved over email with Taras.

The issue was my idler pulley that slipped back while i assembled the X assembly pre-belt tensioning.
The idler pin got stuck and it couldn't rotate freely so there was enough resistance to fail the test.
