MK4S Upgrades - Heater Test failing, but prints fine?
Have four MK4's, did a 4S upgrade successfully then had issues with upgrading the other 3:
Self-test is failing the heater/nozzle portion.
Odd thing is I've printed multiple Benchys successfully on them even failing the test.
Tried removing/re-seating the nozzle and hotend itself along with the cabling.
Sock is on, HF nozzle from the kit, passed self-tests prior to upgrade, did change config to MK4S.
Checked wires for bends/breaks even tried doing a hard-reset of one same result.
Only thing I did differently is I didn't install the NFC module, aside from that and steps taken already not sure what else to check.
NFC module required for normal operation? Something else I could try?
RE: MK4S Upgrades - Heater Test failing, but prints fine?
Did you change the setting on the printer for the sock? I forget where in the hardware settings, but there is a toggle for sock on/off. This does change how the printer decides if there is a problem with the heater temperature over time curves.

RE: MK4S Upgrades - Heater Test failing, but prints fine?
Hadn't tried that yet but looks like they pass with the sock removed and the setting disabled.
2 of them started passing after putting it back on, other still failing - but got me in the right direction at least thanks.
