MK3S to MK4S Upgrade - Initial tests passed except the Filament sensor calibration

Hi, I think I'm at the last stage of getting to start printing again, the final filament sensor calibration test however is not completing. I follow the on-screen instructions and insert the filament but nothing happens, no noise or any sounds, the screen just sits there saying insert filament. I've checked the filament sensor cable connection to the loveboard, there was a click when pressed in. I'm not sure what to check next if anyone has any ideas? All other tests have passed. Thanks.

The answer - after contacting the support chat it turned out the magnet & spring are missing from the extruder heatsink. They should have been pre-installed in my upgrade kit. The missing bits are being dispatched to me.
