Filament broken off in Nextruder - hints on removing needed
What would be the best way to remove this chunk of filament stuck in the Nextruder? do I need to take the cover off| it won't budget if I try to push it out of there.

You should be able to pull it out of there with needle-nose pliers/tweezers. Heat the hotend up to standard print temperature to make sure it's not stuck with the other end to the nozzle. I've never had to open the gearbox to remove stuck filament.
Formerly known on this forum as @fuchsr -- until all hell broke loose with the forum software...
