Y-layer shift when printing large PETG model

Hi,

I'm at my wits end with printing large (in X and Y) PETG models, I'm getting

Sorry for the self spam! 13:th time the charm!

This time I selected the MK4 profile without Input Shaper after seeing a few threads about it causing shifts with PETG and changed infill from Rectilinear to Gyroid. I don't know if it was both or one of them that solved my issue. Now the print works for me! Posting it here as I hope it can solve some issue for someone else!

RE: Y-layer shift when printing large PETG model

Sorry, I accidentally posted the post early, and when editing it, time to edit it ran out. More information below:

I have tried fixing belt tension, and prusa microphone app say it's perfect. I have tried non IS profile, different filaments and retraction and tons of different slicing settings. But it seems to happen at the same place on the model every time.

Model that's printing in the movie above is from:  https://www.printables.com/model/231288-gen2-modular-lack-enclosure-drawers/files

GEN2-QS Rail - Single - Standard V1.0.stl works but GEN2-QL Rail - Double - Standard V1.0.stl  fails every time at the same place.

A few examples:

Any help would be appreciated! <3

I changed to the NonIS profile and the layering failures quit.

MK4 on 5.1.2 firmare using PrusaSlicer 2.7.1 , a 0.25 nozzle, 0.2 layer height, 4 perimeters, 40% Gryoid infill, random seams, Prusament  or Jessie PETG.

MK4 passes all calibration tests, belt tension within specifications of belt tuner app.

I could never print successfully above ~100 mm Z height, irrespective of part geometry.

Y axis layer shifting to the rear at random Z levels was intermittent.

I thought maybe the culprit was excessive globs left during infill printing but could not ever witness the layer shift failure.
