Wavy first layer despite self-leveling MK4

Hi! I've got some problems with wavy first layers (see red and gold, see no waves on the white). I've read on Prusa forums that this is most likely a z-height calibration issue, but... the MK4 has calibration of z-height before every print right? And why is it a problem with some filaments but not others?

I've also read that is might be a x-axis or y-axis rubber band tension issue. I've just re-tensioned them with the tuner yesterday so, probably not the issue.

Does anyone have an idea?

PS: The two colored filaments are add:north premium silk gold / red, and the white one is add:north E-PLA Marble. First layer temp with the red is 230, gold 245 and white 230 (high layer temp on gold since that makes it more shiny, according to add:north).
