Top layer problem
I have only just started 3d printing. I have a Mk4 in enclosure with Prusa hepa filter fan for printing Flashforge ABS PRO and am on my 4th roll currently. Using 0.4 nozzle XE3D V6. I keep running into issues but only with parts on the right quarter of the print bed. No problems with bed adhesion using satin plate and brim to guard against warping but the final layers on parts printed on the right side of the bed are becoming increasingly messy.
I also have had a couple of spaghetti monsters develop on that side. If I avoid positioning parts on that side I have no issues.
Turning ironing on makes it much worse.
The issue is more noticeable using layer height of .2mm compared to .15mm particularly with SPEED compared to STRUCTURAL settings
I was wondering if it’s the draught from the filter fan but that doesn’t explain why the lower layers aren’t a problem.
any thoughts?

This is an example with ironing on. 
see the edges on the two pieces on the right are increasingly distorted the further to the right you look.

An obovious thing would to try would be if the problem changes if you turn off the Hepa filter fan. You could also open the enclosure and print something in PLA to see if you get the same issue. If you do, drafts aren't the problem here.
If you have no adhesion issues (parts can potentially aso lift slighty even without breaking the brim, hard to spot but possible to spot if you are looking for it) and the fan isn't the problem, I am not sure what we have here. Problem with the Z-Axis? Slanted axis? Maybe retighten all screws and check for loose ones.
