Supports exceeding printable area
Do I need to be concerned about supports leaving the printable area? Will this print OK?

Probably not.
Can you post a zipped .3mf project file? This will help with finding a solution.
To get a .3mf in prusa slicer (if your file isn't already one), click on the "file" tab, then "save project as" and chose where to put the .3mf.
Then put the .3mf file in a zip folder and post it here (it doesn't let you directly post a .3mf)

Fair point. On this one I can, but in general I have some others that would stretch to the end in all directions. Just trying to understand if that small amount of support material exceeding the print area would be a problem.
