Small layer shift on the opposite wall of the threads

Hello, I came across a strange issue while printing threads. I am printing this small container

There are threads inside.

As you can see in the first picture, there is a strange bulge on the outer side that copies exactly the path of the inside thread. But the walls of the object are 1.5 - 2 mm thick (the wall thickness is changing because of the waves).

Why am I getting this? The bulge is really small, it sticks out maybe 0.05 - 0.1 mm but it's visible.

I thought it's layer shifting so I checked belt tension. But I printed it twice with the same result on the same position.

I also checked the model and there's no bulge in the mesh.

Print details

Printer: MK4

Material PLA

Default PrusaSlicer settings.

Thanks for your suggestions.
