Polymaker PA6-CF

Hi, I am struggling to create a profile for PolyMaker PA6-CF.  Can anyone please share there config or tell me what settings to use.  The only profile i can frin is for a deamaker but that can not be imported into prusaslicer.  Also, when I read the PDF (link below) there are only a handful of settings but prusaslcier has thousands of settings and Im getting so confused on what to add or what to change.

Any help at all is appreciated.

RE: Polymaker PA6-CF

What I did is I used the stock prusament PA11-cf profile (you can add more profiles by scrolling to the bottom and clicking the "Add/Remove filaments") since that was the closest analogue then I changed the print speed of all the options to not be less than 30mm/s and not over 60mm/s except for bridges where I left it as is. I kept my print bed temperature at 50c for all layers. I changed my fan speed (maximum and minimum) to 0 to turn it off. For retractions on my printer (direct drive) I used 3mm for the length and 40mm/s for the speed for bowden tube printers polymaker recommends 6mm for the length and 60mm/s for the speed. I got all that from the product page under "Printing, Drying and Annealing Settings?" drop down box that can be found here: Link

This should give you a good starting point the retractions could be a little longer IMO but I didn't have any major issues with it. Good luck.

RE: Polymaker PA6-CF

My experience with this material (or my specific spool) - all my results are warping- bending after printing.
Therefore I’ve tried to play with parameters on sample object - 80x10x5mm.

Printed with MK4 (open setup in 24°C room), Obixidian 0.6mm nozzle, Filament stored in 10% relative humidity, printed from filament dryer.
PA sheet or Satin sheet with glue stick - they both hold well during printing. Parts warped during cooling down.

I used  prusament PA11-cf profile and modified sevaral parameters (always trying to change just one parameter)
Printing temperature - 280°C,290°C
Bed temperature - 50°C, 35°C
Fan - always off
Speed - 50 All (perimeters, infill). 35 All, 25 All
Layer height 0.25mm, 0.32mm
Perimeters - 2, 3
Infill - 30%, 50% - gyroid
Retraction distance - always 3 (mm) Retraction speed - always 40 (mm/s)

Result was always warped - bended.
