Pimples on my Prints
I'm getting these imperfections - sort of like pimples - on some of my prints with my MK4. It seems to happen on small sized parts but nor on large parts. On the exact same part with the same brand PLA (Hatchbox which I've been using for years) on my MK3 I did not get these imperfections. Anyone know what might be causing this?

Could it be that you have the setting "Seam position" in PrusaSlicer set to "Random"? If yes, you could try another setting for the seam position or paint the seam in PrusaSlicer along a corner, preferably somewhere where it will not be in plain view on the final print?
If my suspicion is correct, you should be able to see the difference after changing the setting in the slicing preview of PrusaSlicer without having to print the part first!
