PC Blend on MK4 with Prusa enclosure

Hi, if someone out there is able to print a relatively small (5cm x 15cm) PC Blend part without warping, could you please share with me your setting? I am using the satin sheet with glue and some "tabs" at the one end of the model (standard mk4 nozzle and 0.15 quality setting) but I still get warping...

Anticipated thanks!

RE:

I don't own a MK4 but a MK3S+, although in this matter probably it doesn't matter the model of printer.

My setup for for PC blend  :

- Lack enclosure. - Smooth plate. - Dimafix adhesive.  - Nozzle temp: 275C . - Bed temp: 105C,

Except for very small parts, I always use a brim ( more or less large depending on the size of the part to print ).  Even so, if the model is very large and infill percentage quite high, it’s not easy to avoid a bit of warping.

As a general rule, for filaments like PC, ABS or ASA , the higher the temperature inside the enclosure, the better, provided isn’t too high for the electronics and/or the PETG parts of the printer. I’d say below 50C is safe, but above 60C probably not.  Anyway, I doubt that the Prusa enclosure, without active heating, will reach ‘dangerous’ temperatures, but this is just my wild guess. Don't blame me for a fried Buddy board. 😋

With prusa enclosure without additional heating is not possible. Prusa beds also does not reach advertise temperature, its usually lower by 10C, I’ve made topic about it. Funny fuct is that on mini it warp less probably due better bed to heater ratio. For ASA/ABS glue stick is a must with prusa.

generally speaking if i could turn back time mk4 and enclosure would be replaced with voron 2.4r2.

mini+ [bondtech dual drive, revo, reprinted with PA11-CF and ASA] lives in photo tent.
mk4 upgraded to S with mmu3 and gpio (with some parts reprinted) lives in prusa enclosure.
Voron 0 ldo kit with dragon burner and…

RE: PC Blend on MK4 with Prusa enclosure

Hello, I am printing a small box on PC, the parameters are in order, I am printing with walls, the printer is enclosed. If I turn my box 180 degrees my warping problem is transferred, that is, the warping is not due to my geometry (the box is not symmetrical) I think that my box where it comes off is far from a heat resistance of the bed. If we could have a map of where the resistances are in the bed in Prusa slicer, we could position our objects more precisely on the client points of the bed and thus avoid warping problems. Does anyone have a picture of the MK4 resistor positions? thank you..
