Moire pattern in large flat area?

I'm printing what's basically a box, about 80mm x 200mm, height of 35mm or so.  The floor of the box mostly prints fine, but in one area of the floor I get a persistent banding artifact that almost looks like a moire interference pattern.  I'm printing generic PLA on an unmodified mk4 (not upgraded, etc.). I don't know where to start, if I was to guess I'd say something is going on with the Z axis in this area of the print, like maybe the print bed is distorted, although of course the printer does a mesh probing of the bed height before the print starts.  The pictures show an overview of two boxes being printed.  The moire is almost exclusively present on the right side of the left box.  There's a closeup that makes it more obvious. It's not a color variation, the surface is pretty rough in the moire area.

Does this ring any bells for folks?

Nozzle too low. Try manually adjusting live Z by +0.3 or so by long pressing the knob on the LCD display as soon as the print head begins to move to start the print.

I have a similar (?) problem on my kit build MK4.  It's happened on two part with large flat surfaces on the build plate.

This is one of those parts printed with PLA on satin sheet.
