MK4 + 0.6 Nozzle + PETG = Bad?

I've had my MK4 for roughly one week now and put it right to work. I've had a lot of successful prints in PLA with most of the typical "issues" such as stringing being very easy to troubleshoot. I have a few large projects that required me to print in PETG and have faced a lot of challenges. Initial prints on a textured bed with the standard 0.4 nozzle have almost all produced warped results. I introduced a brim which has mitigated things slightly. The print quality was serviceable and suited my needs.

However, the average time for each print was roughly 3-4 hours, so I decided to use the Nextruder-V6 adapter with a 0.6 Diamondback Nozzle to speed things up. Unfortunately, I have not experienced a single successful (Usable) print since. I switched nozzles on the printer software (0.6 and normal flow) and I am using the generic PETG Print profile for a 0.6 nozzle. The filament is dry and I have moved on to the Satin sheet. I've attached a few pictures for reference. Layer height is 0.3 with 3 perimeters.

Printing temperatures (standard profile):

Nozzle: 230 for the initial layer and 245 for the other layers

Heatbed is 85 for the initial layer and 90 afterwards

RE: MK4 + 0.6 Nozzle + PETG = Bad?

I had same issue with warping petg on satin sheets. Nearly always at left and right front corners.
The standard fan shroud seems to blow air directly down into the bed. So i redesigned the fan shroud and so far I got no warping.

I have other issues with my printer, so I haven't fully tested it yet. Therefore it's not uploaded to printables yet.
You can download it here:

Please let me hear your result if you test it 🙂

Even after a few prints I had problems with the adhesion on the satin sheet.

And as always, the cleaning helps me with a coarse sponge and dish soap. Then with ipa. Just ipa is sometimes not enough.

First layer generally seems ok for the most part. So far, I've tested with both the Textured and Satin sheets with warping happening quite a bit later on in the print. I was able to mitigate some warping with the inclusion of a brim.
